FAITH BAPTIST CHURCH

Since 1977, Faith Baptist Church has invested in developing a counseling and training ministry. This ministry was a foundational part of a long-range strategic planning process that began in 1997. The culmination of the planning process was a five-year plan that outlined initiatives in the areas of outreach, assimilation, discipleship, ministry to other churches, personnel, and finances. The planning process and its implementation assisted the church, by God’s grace, to achieve its objectives.

In 2002 and again in 2008, the church body began new phases of planning. Each of these plans has been more detailed and aggressive. Critical to the effectiveness of Faith’s plan is a process based on God’s Word that involves the entire church body as well as people in the surrounding community.
