Fun & Fitness Memberships are available to anyone in the Greater Lafayette area who desires to make fun and fitness a part of life. Members will be able to enjoy the use of the 4000 square foot fitness facility that is equipped with a full line of selectorized weight machines by Hoist, cardiovascular equipment by True and Schwinn, and free weights. An additional feature is a 42 by 75 foot swimming pool.
Childcare is available to our Fun & Fitness members Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 4:00 - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday at no charge. It is also available on Saturday from 8:00 - 11:00 AM.

Changes in operating hours are at the discretion of the management.
Closed on holidays
Pool opens one half hour later and closes one half hour earlier. The pool is closed on Sunday for maintenance. (updated 8/24/08)

One time registration fees will be charged. All memberships must be deducted monthly either by ACH bank draft, credit or debit card, or a full year in advance by cash or check.

Membership allows members unlimited use of the fitness room and swimming pool during normal hours of operation. The
membership commitment is for a minimum of one year. Memberships will
automatically renew after the first year. Cancelations are only allowed in the case wherein one’s employment necessitates a move that causes the member to move his/her residence 50 miles or more from the Center.
*Children 12 and under may use the pool with a parent or guardian
present, but are not permitted in the Fitness Center. Children 13 to 17
must have a signed parental consent and doctor’s permission on file
before using the Fitness Center. Forms are available at the Community
Center Welcome Desk or may be downloaded (see below).
Payment Terms
Membership dues can be paid on a monthly or annual basis. All membership dues will be automatically charged to your credit card or withdrawn electronically from your bank account via an ACH transaction.
If paying annually, your credit card or bank account will be charged once at the time of registration for the first year's dues plus the registration fee and won't be charged again until the next year.
If paying monthly, you will be assessed the registration and first month's pro-rated fees at the time of registration. Your credit card or bank account will then be charged the monthly fees between the 1st and 5th of each month to follow for the duration of your membership.
Cancellation Policy
Fun & Fitness Memberships are good for one year from the initial start up date. Fun & Fitness Members who continue their memberships are not charged an additional registration fee as long as they do not stop their membership. Cancelations are only allowed if the member is required to move over fifty miles away for a company initiated change in their employment.
Waiver of Liability
I hereby give permission for myself/my child to participate in activities at the Faith Community Fitness Center and will be responsible for my/his/her actions here. I am aware of and understand that there may be potential risks inherent with participation in any recreational activity. I assume the risks thereof, and I agree that I and/or my child at all times will keep the said Faith Community Center free, harmless, and indemnified from any and all liability for any injury I and/or my child might sustain as the result of said participation. I also understand that Faith Community Center does not provide accident insurance and cannot assume responsibility of any injury to any participant(s) in its programs.
Prior to first use of Fun & Fitness facilities, members must sign the Community Center Policies and Procedures.
