Core Value 1: Student Discipleship & Spiritual Growth

• Improve the Student Class Representative program.
• Increase high school student involvement in elementary chapels.
• Develop a student missions group to raise student awareness of missionaries and future vocational opportunities as a missionary.
• Establish a student government group in 6th grade.

Core Value 2: Curriculum Development and Academic Achievement

• Develop a broad career information web page for students to access information about different career opportunities.
• Continue to determine what scope of special needs services that FCS should provide.

Core Value 3: Teacher Development and Effectiveness

• Continue to evaluate, implement, and update our accreditation manuals on an annual basis.
• Increase technical education training for teachers.
• Increase teamwork and collaboration of faculty and staff through cross-curriculum teaching, team teaching, peer evaluation, etc.

Core Value 4: Parent Relationships, Local Church Relationships, & Community Outreach

• Increase FMT participation in local churches.
• Establish a Parent/Teacher Resource Organization.
• Hold a 1-Night school orientation program for new parents.

Core Value 5: School Equipment, Vehicles, Facilities, and Grounds

• Continue to grow the future needs and special projects fund.
• Add to PE curriculum by considering building a climbing wall and adding a 4 square court, kickball bases and dot drills to the program.
• Continue to improve the school soccer and baseball fields.

Core Value 6: Fiscal Management and Future Development

• Strengthen alumni relations.
• Develop an alumni-run event to help fund the Alumni Scholarship Program.
