Improve the Student Class Representative program.

Increase high school student involvement in elementary chapels.

Develop a student missions group to raise student awareness of missionaries and future vocational opportunities as a missionary.

Establish a student government group in 6th grade.

Continue to evaluate, implement, and update our accreditation manuals on an annual basis.

Increase technical education training for teachers.

Increase teamwork and collaboration of faculty and staff through cross-curriculum teaching, team teaching, peer evaluation, etc.
Core Value 4: Parent Relationships, Local Church Relationships, & Community Outreach

Increase FMT participation in local churches.

Establish a Parent/Teacher Resource Organization.

Hold a 1-Night school orientation program for new parents.
Core Value 5: School Equipment, Vehicles, Facilities, and Grounds

Continue to grow the future needs and special projects fund.

Add to PE curriculum by considering building a climbing wall and adding a 4 square court, kickball bases and dot drills to the program.

Continue to improve the school soccer and baseball fields.
